Process for Borrowing

1. Browse our collection on the website.
2. Select the book you want.
3. Place a borrowing request via WhatsApp.
4. We will reply with the refundable deposit and book charges.
5. If you agree, we’ll deliver the book free to your doorstep.
6. You do not have to pay in advance. At the time of delivery, pay the refundable deposit (based on Happy’s Book Shop Price, not MRP).
7. Once you're done reading, raise a pickup request.
8. We will collect the book from your doorstep free of cost.
9. At the time of pickup, we deduct the borrowing charges and refund the remaining deposit immediately. The refund will be paid by the delivery person at your doorstep either through cash or through UPI transfer.
10. In case you do not find the book that you want to borrow at our website, please mail us at team.hbs@outlook.com or whatsapp us at +91-9359339968, and we will procure that book for you.
